We ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), additional charges will apply.

Hardware orders placed before 12 PM EST usually ship out the same day. If your order is placed after 12 PM EST, it should ship the following day.

Ground shipping to the contiguous US is always free. Shipping is calculated by weight for expedited orders and orders being shipped outside the contiguous US.
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. Note that we only ship to Canada, the US and US territories.
Your hardware should reach you in five to seven business days if shipped ground.
If an item is out of stock, shipping may be delayed. If this happens, we will notify you at the time of your order or soon after.
Expedited shipping is available on most items. Two-day and overnight options are presented during checkout.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving hardware.
Refunds are issued when the hardware is returned and processed. Any shipping charges incurred at the time of sale will not be refunded. Credit will be paid to the credit card used to place your original order. This usually takes about four weeks from start to finish.
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item.
1. Initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
2. Ship your product(s) back with all original manuals, cables, materials and packaging within 14 days of receiving your labels.
3. Return your product(s) in the same original, new condition.
4. Once your hardware is received a credit will be processed within 14 days. A refund is issued and you'll receive an email containing the credit invoice.
5. For exchanges, a new, separate order can be placed for a new product at any point in this process, on your own through the Lightspeed hardware store website.
Yes. We offer a one-year warranty on all new, non-Apple hardware products ordered on the Lightspeed hardware store. This warranty applies when products fail to function under normal use within one year of the original purchase date. There may be additional warranties provided by the manufacturer. Contact product manufacturers for details.
We offer a 14-day limited warranty on all Apple products purchased on the Lightspeed hardware store. This warranty applies when products fail to function under normal use within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, contact Apple support for repairs and replacements under their standard warranty.
Extended warranties are available on select products. Please see individual product pages for more information.
Warranties are granted with proof of purchase. If we deem a product defective and under warranty, we will send a replacement overnight to arrive the next business day (Monday-Friday).
We will also send a prepaid FedEx return label to return the defective product back to Lightspeed. We return the product to the manufacturer for credit, so we must receive the defective product back and shipped with the provided return label within ten business days.
